Returns/Exchanges/Refund Policy
Returns (We Cover the Shipping Cost)
Our no-hassle policy lasts 30 days from receipt of item(s). If 30 days have gone by since your reception and you haven't sent us an email at contact@droolees.com stating that you want to return or exchange your product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned with all components. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which must be in our records.
Please do not mail back your item until we have confirmed that it is eligible for return or exchange. If you did not purchase your item(s) directly from us, we will not be able to process your return/ exchange since we would not have a record of your purchase. You will need to work with the company you purchased our items from.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund/exchange will only be rejected if you did not purchase directly from us or if the product you returned is not the original product.
Once your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days of applying refund. You will also receive a notification from our store.
Exchanges (We Cover the Shipping Cost)
For exchanges, we will ship out to you, free of charge, the product you are requesting to be exchanged. Exchanged products must be identical. If not, then we will send you an invoice of the price difference. The new item will not be sent out until the invoice has been paid in full. The exchange will be processed once the original purchased item has been returned and inspected. All items requesting exchange must be new/ not used and in it's original packaging for resell. If we receive an used item, we will not be able to offer you the exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@droolees.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the form of payment that is on file. The person who sent the gift will receive the refund.

We will email you a return label and will cover the shipping costs for your exchange or return. However, if your return or exchange does not meet the qualifications as stated earlier, we will deduct the shipping costs prior to processing your refund.
